Job Title: Software Development Lead

We are seeking a highly skilled software development lead to join our organization. The successful candidate will have a strong background in software development and technical leadership, with experience in leading cross-functional teams to deliver complex applications.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead the design, development, and deployment of full-stack applications using Python, React.js, and PostgreSQL.
  • Develop and maintain high-quality code, following Agile methodologies and best practices.
  • Collaborate with engineers to design and implement scalable solutions, ensuring low latency and high performance.
  • Work closely with project managers to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
  • Mentor junior developers and provide guidance on industry-leading technologies.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • 8+ years of professional experience in software development, with 2-3 years in a technical leadership role.
  • Strong proficiency in Python, with experience in relevant frameworks (Flask, FastAPI, Django).
  • Advanced skills in React.js and its ecosystem (Redux, Hooks, Context API).
  • Expert-level knowledge of PostgreSQL, including complex query optimization, data modeling, and performance tuning.
  • Solid experience with the MongoDB and Node.js ecosystem.
  • Demonstrable experience in building and deploying applications where low latency is a critical requirement.
  • Proven, hands-on experience in developing applications that integrate with or are built upon Large Language Models.
  • High proficiency with Agile methodologies and project management tools (Jira).
  • Mastery of modern development tools (Git/GitHub, Docker) and proficiency in IDEs (VS Code or Visual Studio).
