We are seeking a senior full-stack developer to lead our software development efforts across two innovative projects.

Project Overview

The first project, Fitness × Gaming Mobile App, aims to connect real-world strength training with digital progression systems linked to video games and virtual avatars. This is not your average gamified fitness app but a bridge between the physical world and gaming universes.

The app will integrate with a dedicated smart device developed by another team, requiring Bluetooth/data integration, back-end processing, and mobile UX expertise.

Our second project, Lean / Operational Excellence Web Platform, is a SaaS platform for businesses to run structured maturity assessments, visualize gaps & progress via dashboards, and encourage teams through gamified progress indicators.

This platform has been used in real-world consulting projects with global deployment underway, leveraging full-stack web development, Firebase (Firestore, Auth, Functions), React, multi-user logic, multi-country scaling, and admin panels.

As a senior full-stack developer, you will lead the development of both products, collaborating on architecture and product logic while ensuring security, performance, and code quality.

Key responsibilities include building and scaling a React Native mobile app and a React web app, as well as connecting to APIs and integrating BLE/fitness device data.

Required skills and qualifications:

  • 5+ years experience in full-stack dev
  • Strong knowledge of React & React Native
  • Experience with Firebase (Firestore, Authentication, Cloud Functions)
  • Familiarity with REST APIs, Git, Node.js, BLE integration, data handling from external devices
  • Good sense of UX/UI and clean code architecture

Bonus skills:

  • Experience in dashboarding, SaaS platforms, or fitness/gaming
