Job Summary
As a key player in our recruitment team, you will be instrumental in connecting our learners with top corporates. Your expertise in managing campus placements and strong industry connections will be valuable assets in this position.
Key Responsibilities- Corporate Outreach: Establish relationships with key decision-makers to explore opportunities for our learners.
- Relationship Management: Foster and maintain partnerships with hiring teams to ensure seamless placement processes.
- Industry Connections: Leverage your recruiter network to identify new hiring partnerships and expand our reach.
- Candidate Engagement: Conduct in-depth discussions with recruiters to understand their hiring needs and showcase our learner pool effectively.
- Recruitment Coordination: Oversee the entire recruitment process, from job description sharing to offer rollouts.
The ideal candidate should possess:
- Education: A degree from a reputable institution is required.
- Experience: 3-4 years of experience as a TPO or in a placement-facing role at a Tier 2 Engineering college/B-school is preferred.
- Domain Exposure: Prior experience in tech-heavy domains like Data Science, Analytics, and Software Engineering is highly desirable.
- Stakeholder Management: Excellent communication skills with the ability to manage multiple stakeholders efficiently.
- Process-Oriented: Strong understanding of campus hiring workflows and placement operations.
- Result-Oriented: Bias for action with a proven track record of driving outcomes.
