Job Description:

In this role, you will specialize in the settlement of financial transactions and lead teams to meet project objectives. You will be responsible for delivering quality solutions that meet customer needs, operating within well-documented processes, and focusing on continuous improvement.

Key responsibilities include managing client accounts, assisting with trade flow, leading initiatives, contributing to large-scale planning, identifying opportunities for process improvement, providing leadership to resolve complex issues, and serving as a leader on projects.

You will also be responsible for reviewing and analyzing complex tasks, exercising independent judgment, and resolving moderately complex issues. Additionally, you will lead teams to meet functional area projects and process deliverables.

Other key responsibilities include mentoring and assisting analysts, collaborating and consulting with peers and managers, maintaining equitable relationships with senior stakeholders, and articulating business strategies.


Required Skills and Qualifications:

4+ years of experience in institutional investment operations or equivalent demonstrated through work experience, training, military experience, or education.

Desired qualifications include an MBA or advanced degree (or equivalent experience), 4+ years of FX settlements experience with a top-tier bank, including 1-2 years in a supervisory role.

Additional desired qualifications include good understanding of industry standard applications, strategic thinking and business judgment, strong interpersonal and influencing skills, comfort working in a matrix organization, strong organizational and project management skills, ability to manage expectations and deliver on commitments, flexibility, deadline-driven environment, shifts supporting US business, excellent presentation skills, effective written and verbal communication skills, proactive control and risk management, addressing gaps in processes and escalating issues, ability to influence different groups and individuals, ability to work independently in a dynamic environment, and experience working with senior leaders straddling across Technology, Operations, and Strategy.
