Job Description:

  • We are seeking a technical leader who will drive our solution strategy, working closely with cross-functional teams to ensure our offerings continue to meet the evolving needs of our largest and most strategic clients.
  • This individual will collaborate with our integration engineers to configure client workflows, providing technical guidance and support to our users as they build their HyperVerge integrations.
  • The successful candidate will be the single point of contact for our customers, acting as an escalation point to drive timely resolution and delivering solutions that meet their business objectives.
  • Key responsibilities include designing technical content, such as sample code and demos, to showcase customers how to implement specific use cases or best practices.
  • Additionally, this role requires creating proof-of-concepts to ensure products meet client requirements and becoming an expert on HyperVerge's APIs/SDKs and how to best deploy them.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Hands-on and results-oriented person with strong communication and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong understanding of APIs, SDKs and their integration.
  • Proficient in Programming and comfortable with Java and the Android Platform.
  • Ability to quickly pick up new languages.
  • Comfortable with international and domestic travel.
  • Experience with building products and interacting with clients is essential.
  • Should be able to engage with the customer in a technical discussion to understand the issues the customers are facing and provide solutions.
  • Should have experience with mentoring juniors.
