Technical Lead and Solution Architect

This role ensures the technical and solution architecture of a project meets organisational needs, while maintaining business acumen and innovation. A Solution Architect assesses a project's technical feasibility and implementation risks, designing and implementing the overall technical and solution architecture.

Key responsibilities include managing solution delivery architects, working with internal or external clients, and leading Capgemini operations relating to market development and/or service delivery excellence. As a stream lead at CIO/CTO level, this role demonstrates leadership in the architect community and shows passion for technology and business acumen.

A successful candidate is seen as a role model in their local community, with certification including Capgemini Architects certification level 2 or above, relevant solution certifications, IAF, and/or industry certifications such as TOGAF 9 or equivalent.
