**About the Role**

Livspace is Asia's largest and fastest-growing omnichannel home interiors and renovation platform. Using its proprietary technology, Livspace provides a one-stop renovation solution for homeowners—from design to managed last mile fulfillment for all rooms in a home.

The platform has organized a fragmented industry, bringing together designers, brands, manufacturers, and contractors to enable an eCommerce-like trusted, and predictable experience.

We are looking for an experienced leader who can drive customer delight and ensure smooth operations across various teams.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead a team of Operations Leads to achieve customer satisfaction goals
  • Coordinate with cross-functional teams to resolve issues and improve processes
  • Manage internal stakeholders to ensure timely delivery and quality standards
  • Act as the highest point of escalation for customer concerns
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree from NIT/BITS/IIT or MBA from IIM/Tier 1 B-schools
  • 7-12 years of work experience in startups or operations roles
  • Proven people management skills with direct team reporting experience
  • Strong attention to detail and excellent communication skills
