Job Overview

We are seeking an experienced leader to direct customer and/or employee training on company products. As a Training Supervisor, you will be responsible for designing and delivering engaging and effective training sessions that meet company and customer objectives.

">Key Responsibilities:
  • Team Leadership & Oversight: Supervise instructors, monitor performance, engagement, and scheduling, conduct regular team meetings, training refreshers, and coaching sessions.
  • Training Quality & Delivery: Facilitate engaging and effective training sessions, ensure quality standards, client expectations, and learning outcomes, observe training sessions, provide feedback to instructors.
  • Operational Coordination: Manage scheduling of instructor-led sessions, coordinate with teams, track and report training metrics.
  • Process Improvement: Identify gaps in training materials or delivery methods, recommend and implement process improvements to streamline operations and enhance client experience.
  • Client Collaboration: Serve as a point of escalation for client concerns related to instructor delivery, support strategic client conversations regarding training customization, planning, and outcomes.
Qualifications:

A bachelor's degree in education, organizational development, business, or a related field is required. 35 years of experience in training, instruction, or client-facing learning roles is preferred. Excellent communication, facilitation, and coaching skills are essential for success in this role.
