Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role based in Bengaluru for an AI Trainer at Nirmaan Organization. The AI Trainer will be responsible for developing and delivering AI training programs, creating comprehensive training materials, assessing the training needs of various stakeholders, and providing hands-on support during training sessions. The role also includes evaluating training effectiveness and staying updated with the latest advancements in AI technologies.

Qualifications

- Experience in AI technologies, Machine Learning, and Natural Language Processing
- Skills in curriculum development and instructional design
- Strong presentation and communication skills
- Ability to assess training needs and adapt training methods accordingly
- Experience in providing hands-on support and troubleshooting during training sessions
- Proficiency in programming languages such as Python and familiarity with AI frameworks
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
- Master&aposs degree in Computer Science, Data Science, or related field is preferred
- Experience in the NGO sector or prior work with diverse social groups is a plus
