Naandi Foundation, named after the Sanskrit word for a new beginning, is one of India's largest and fastest-growing social sector organizations. Founded in 1998, our mission is to eradicate poverty through sustainable models that deliver essential services to underserved communities efficiently and equitably. We engage in partnerships with governments, communities, corporations, and civil society institutions to address widespread poverty-related issues. Our areas of focus include elementary education, skilling and employment for youth, sustainable livelihood opportunities, and access to safe drinking water and sanitation. Currently, we operate in 16 states with a team of 300+ employees and hundreds of community workers, impacting the lives of over 1 million underserved people.

Role Description

This is a freelance role for Trainers located in Chennai and Tamil Nadu. Trainers will be responsible for delivering training programs, conducting domain training, evaluating participants' progress, and providing feedback. Should be able to handle students and equip them with domain skills.

1.Tally

2.Medical Coding

3.Advanced Excel

4.Gen AI

Qualifications

  • Experience in conducting training programs and workshops
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills
  • Ability to evaluate and provide constructive feedback
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills
  • Proficiency in preparing training materials and adapting training methods
  • Ability to collaborate with various stakeholders
  • Experience in the social sector or with underserved communities is a plus
  • Relevant certifications or degrees in Education, Training, or related fields
  • Willing to travel to college locations

Location: Tamil Nadu (Apply only if you are based out of TN)

Payment: 600rs to 700rs per hr
