Seeking a results-driven Regional Product Manager to lead the delivery of group health insurance solutions for enterprise clients.

  • Translate insurance product configurations into live client implementations, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and seamless integration with platforms and partner ecosystems.

The ideal candidate combines strong insurance domain expertise with technical and operational acumen, driving client onboarding, plan configuration, and platform readiness across multiple regions.

Responsibilities:

  • Lead end-to-end implementation of group insurance products.
  • Engage with clients to capture requirements and translate plan designs into technical portal specifications.
  • Deliver product and platform demonstrations to client stakeholders.
  • Oversee configuration quality through testing, audits, and QA processes.
  • Collaborate with technology teams on integrations.

Requirements:

  • 8-10 years of experience in insurance product implementation.
  • Prior experience with complex group health/benefits insurance implementations is mandatory.
  • Strong exposure to B2B health insurance platforms and enterprise client rollouts.

Technical Skills:

  • Hands-on expertise in Excel, SQL, VBA/Macro scripting.
  • Strong understanding of Health domain, insurance plan design, enrolment workflows, and data exchange models.
