Job Opportunity:

We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Business Analyst to drive operational efficiency and support our digital transformation. The ideal candidate will play a key role in gathering and analyzing business requirements, streamlining processes, and supporting ERP, CMMS, or EAM system implementations.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Gather and analyze business and technical requirements across manufacturing, operations, maintenance, and production functions
  • Document business requirement documents (BRDs), functional requirement specifications (FRS), user stories, and process flows
  • Support the design, configuration, and implementation of ERP/EAM/CMMS systems such as SAP PM, IBM Maximo, or equivalent platforms
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to align system functionalities with business needs
  • Coordinate user acceptance testing (UAT), prepare test cases, and validate system functionalities against requirements
  • Work with business and technical teams to define key performance indicators (KPIs), reporting frameworks, and interactive dashboards
  • Identify process gaps and propose practical solutions to improve efficiency and reduce downtime
  • Act as a liaison between stakeholders, functional consultants, and technical development teams
  • Contribute to change management and training activities to ensure successful adoption of new systems
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in engineering, information systems, business, or a related field
  • 4-8 years of experience as a business analyst in manufacturing, asset management, or industrial operations
  • Strong experience in business analysis, requirements gathering, process mapping, and documentation
  • Domain knowledge in manufacturing workflows, preventive and corrective maintenance, spare parts inventory, and downtime tracking
  • Hands-on experience with ERP/EAM/CMMS platforms such as SAP PM, IBM Maximo, Infor EAM, or similar systems
  • Proficiency with documentation and collaboration tools such as Jira, Confluence, and MS Visio
  • Experience with reporting and visualization tools such as Power BI or Tableau
  • Basic SQL knowledge for data validation and reporting support
  • Familiarity with agile/scrum methodologies, sdlc processes, and uat
