Job Overview
As a Process Improvement Specialist, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the seamless execution of operational processes, guaranteeing adherence to governance frameworks and meeting stringent time-frames.
Key Responsibilities:- Identify and troubleshoot system-related issues to provide timely support to field teams.
- Ensure that all process activities are aligned with established governance guidelines, fostering an environment of compliance and accountability.
- Coordinate with stakeholders to implement clearance procedures within stipulated timelines.
- Develop and share best practices among team members to enhance overall process efficiency.
- Facilitate collaboration between Sales and Operations teams to streamline file processing within desired TAT parameters.
- Maintain open communication channels with stakeholders regarding any changes or updates in process protocols.
- Act as a liaison between functional teams (Operations, Risk, Banking) to bridge process gaps and ensure cohesive operations.
