Process Improvement Specialist

We are seeking a seasoned quality professional to drive process improvement initiatives. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in quality and process excellence, with a minimum of 5 years of experience driving projects that deliver higher efficiency and customer satisfaction.
The role requires a deep understanding of best-in-class methodologies such as Six Sigma and LEAN, as well as exceptional communication and facilitation skills.
Key responsibilities include:
- Developing and implementing process improvement frameworks for engagements
- Conducting training sessions on continuous improvement and knowledge sharing
- Identifying and validating opportunities for improvement
- Mentoring teams on process improvement projects
- Facilitating meetings with stakeholders to ensure successful project outcomes
The selected candidate will work closely with operations resources to implement improvements through a structured approach, govern the process of validation and sign off of project closures, and guide project leaders in creating storyboards and updating project management tools.
In addition, the candidate will create awareness about process excellence initiatives, develop case studies, and share success stories with teams.
