**Job Overview**

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior HR Manager to join our team at GREATBELL HR Consultancy Services PVT LTD. As a key member of our HR department, you will play a critical role in shaping our organization's HR strategy and ensuring the effective implementation of HR initiatives.

The successful candidate will have a proven track record of delivering high-quality HR services, with expertise in talent management, employee engagement, performance development, and HR policy implementation. You will also possess excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with stakeholders across the organization.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Talent Acquisition and Recruitment: Develop and implement strategies to attract, recruit, and retain top talent for various roles within our organization.
  • Employee Relations: Foster positive employee relations, address employee concerns, and maintain a healthy work environment through proactive and responsive HR practices.
  • Performance Management: Implement performance management systems, conduct performance evaluations, and provide constructive feedback to drive employee growth and development.
  • Learning and Development: Design and deliver training programs, workshops, and development initiatives to enhance employee skills and capabilities.
  • HR Policies and Compliance: Ensure compliance with employment laws, industry standards, and our company culture by developing and enforcing HR policies and procedures.
  • Employee Engagement: Plan and execute employee engagement activities and initiatives to promote a positive and inclusive work culture.
  • Compensation and Benefits: Oversee the design and implementation of competitive compensation and benefits programs to attract, retain, and motivate employees.
  • HR Data Analytics: Utilize HR analytics to inform HR decisions, identify trends, and support data-driven HR strategies.
  • HR Projects and Initiatives: Lead HR projects and initiatives to improve HR processes, enhance employee experience, and drive organizational effectiveness.
  • Leadership and Team Management: Lead and mentor the HR team, promoting collaboration, innovation, and excellence in HR service delivery.
  • Organizational Development: Collaborate with management to develop and implement strategies to align HR practices with our company's business objectives and growth plans.

  • Expertise in talent management, employee engagement, performance development, and HR policy implementation
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills
