Job Opportunity

As a key player in the banking industry, we are looking for an individual to facilitate agile teams and support them in delivering innovative solutions.

The ideal candidate will have experience as a Scrum Master in a software development environment, with a strong understanding of Agile best practices and SAFe principles.

Responsibilities include facilitating Planning Increment events and Scrum ceremonies, coaching the team on Agile methodologies, and fostering a culture of continuous improvement and team empowerment.

The role also involves removing impediments and shielding the team from distractions, ensuring sprint goals are met and aligned with ART-level Objectives, and collaborating with Product Owners to maintain a healthy backlog.

Additionally, the successful candidate will coordinate with other Scrum Masters to ensure cross-team alignment and support the team in meeting ART-level commitments and improving flow metrics.

Required skills and qualifications include 5+ years of experience as a Scrum Master in a software development environment, 2+ years working in a SAFe environment, ideally within an Agile Release Train, and experience supporting teams building AI/ML products.

Strong facilitation, coaching, and conflict resolution skills are essential, as well as familiarity with Agile metrics and tools such as Craft, Jira, Confluence, and Miro.

Preferred qualifications include being a Certified Scrum Master and/or SAFe Scrum Master, having a background in data science, AI/ML, or software engineering, and experience in regulated industries such as banking or fintech.

Key Responsibilities

Requirements
  • Scrum Master certification is preferred but not mandatory.
  • Experience in Agile development and implementing Agile frameworks such as SAFe.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
