AI Solution Developer

We are currently seeking an experienced AI Architect to lead the development and deployment of large-scale AI solutions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Achieve a strong understanding of business requirements and translate them into technical implementation
- Design scalable, production-ready AI applications that meet business objectives and performance requirements
- Evaluate and integrate Large Language Model APIs from leading providers
- Establish best practices for prompt engineering, model selection and AI system optimization
Our ideal candidate will have experience in machine learning engineering or data science with 7+ years of experience and a proven track record of delivering large-scale ML solutions.
The candidate should have expertise in generative AI and modern MLOps practices. They should also be proficient in FastAPI, Docker, Kubernetes, Python and modern software development practices.
In addition, they should have hands-on experience fine-tuning transformer models and strong proficiency in LLM APIs, PyTorch, TensorFlow and Hugging Face Transformers.
They should also have a strong understanding of transformer architectures, attention mechanisms and modern NLP techniques.
We are looking for someone who can bridge the gap between business requirements and technical implementation and provide technical guidance and mentorship to development teams.
The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of the subject matter and be able to create technical documentation, architectural diagrams and implementation roadmaps.
