Job Role: AI Solutions Developer

We are seeking a talented individual to design, deploy, and scale AI solutions that transform real-world industries globally.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop data-driven solutions for manufacturing customers using our agentic SDK and ERP integrations.
  • Create translation layers and adapters to convert customer data pipelines into common schemas.
  • Monitor agent performance and create impact reports showing measurable improvements.
  • Serve as the primary feedback channel between customer implementations and the AI team.
  • Work directly with enterprise customers during onboarding, solution deployment, and technical workshops.
  • Analyze manufacturing datasets to identify optimization opportunities and extract actionable insights.

Requirements:

  • 2-4 years of experience as a Data Analyst/Scientist or Solutions Engineer.
  • Strong software engineering fundamentals with excellent Python proficiency.
  • Strong data science skills with SQL expertise for complex data manipulation.
  • Data pipeline and ETL experience for enterprise data integration and workflow orchestration.
  • Customer-facing technical skills with a proven track record presenting complex solutions.
  • Able to translate business problems into technical solutions with measurable outcomes.
  • Bonus: experience in manufacturing environments, hands-on experience with ERP systems, MES products, CRM systems, and manufacturing domain knowledge.
