The Director of Student Experience steers student outcomes, managing resources and collaborating across departments for clear communication. They identify and eliminate obstacles to create a thriving learning environment.

Responsibilities:

  • Lead educational programs and manage strategy to achieve goals.
  • Manage cross-functional teams at campus level and coordinate initiatives with the central program team.
  • Work closely with academics and student success teams to derive clear visibility of students' progress and drive outcomes.
  • Setup processes to improve engagement levels and performance of the students through improvement in pedagogy, content, and class delivery.
  • Manage student's experience charter, campus-level marketing, and branding.
  • Work closely with placement and training cell to partner with industries, deliver internship and placement outcomes.
  • Manage strong collaboration and bonding with universities.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 6+ years of experience in Category Management.
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, with prior software development experience preferred.
  • Goal-driven and works well in fast-paced environments.
  • Balance between setting up long-term processes and achieving short-term goals.
  • Empathy toward students and desire for aspirational outcomes for all students.
  • Excellent communication & interpersonal skills to build relationships with multiple stakeholders.

This role requires working in close synergy with the academic team to drive outcomes and improve student experience. The ideal candidate will have a balance of leadership and technical skills to drive success.
