Job Overview

  • Build relationships with senior management and communicate effectively at Assurance Committee Meetings.
  • Drive meetings and motivate teams to deliver high-quality results.
  • Work under stringent deadlines and demanding client conditions.
  • Identify interesting companies for pitching and preparing pitches to obtain new mandates.
Requirements:
  • CA qualification is required.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills are essential.
  • Leadership skills to deal with senior management are necessary.
  • Able to promote a positive work culture, teaming and live company values.
  • Proven supervision and coaching skills are required.
  • Tech skills to delegate tasks effectively.
