The Role of an Adobe Solution Architect:

We are seeking a highly skilled Adobe Solution Architect to join our team.

  • Align customer requirements with approved patterns and communicate these internally and with business units.
  • Analyse solutions and identify gaps in existing patterns, proposing enhancements to existing functionality.
  • Support implementation teams in understanding solutions and troubleshooting any issues encountered during implementation.
  • Engage with the business at an early stage to assess and define business needs, driving reuse of existing capabilities over new development.
  • Contribute to the creation of process flows, JIRA user stories, Tealium, Veeva suggestions, and tagging BRDs, as well as Creation and input into Standard Operating Procedures.
Key Responsibilities
  • Solution analysis and change management.
  • Customer-facing engagements.
  • Collaboration with implementation teams.
  • Business needs identification and assessment.
Requirements
  • Digital marketing platforms: multi-channel web, email, and social.
  • Experience with Adobe Experience Manager, Adobe Analytics, Adobe Campaign, and Adobe Target.
  • Solution architecture management in relation to omnichannel customer journeys.
  • Agile tools and methodologies, including Jira.
