Job Title: Senior Creative Leader

We seek a highly experienced and skilled professional to lead our copy team.

The ideal candidate will have 5-7 years of experience in the field and possess excellent leadership skills, with a strong portfolio showcasing creative potential and writing capabilities.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Team Leadership & Development: Oversee and mentor the copy team, ensuring they have the necessary resources and support to deliver high-quality work.
  • Project Management: Conceptualize, visualize, and execute projects from start to finish, delivering innovative solutions that meet client expectations and brand guidelines.
  • Quality Control: Review and approve all copy assets, including print, TVC, radio, mailers, banners, and websites, to ensure they meet quality standards.
  • New Business Pitches: Participate actively in new business pitches, showcasing creative ideas and writing capabilities.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • Strong Portfolio: Demonstrate a strong portfolio showcasing creative potential, writing capabilities, and conceptual thinking.
  • Creative Thinking: Possess analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think creatively and outside the box.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively at all levels and functions.
  • Project Management: Ability to manage projects to successful completion, multi-task, and work within tight deadlines.
