Financial Analyst FP&A

The role of a Financial Analyst involves playing a key part in supporting the company's strategic planning, financial analysis, and reporting functions. As a member of the finance team, you will be responsible for consolidating key business metrics to track and monitor performance.

You will also be tasked with analyzing categorical spend data from SAP for cost center-wise reports, developing key metrics on cost reduction and EBITDA impact, and providing management reporting, business presentations, and communication to senior management.

Additionally, you will support the finance team in preparing monthly reports and extend support during audits, budget, forecast, and performance forecasting. This includes working closely with cross-functional teams to build business cases for identified opportunities and assist in the implementation plans.

Requirements:
  • Strong financial modelling skills
  • Excellent Microsoft Office skills
  • Stakeholder management and business partnering
  • Adaptability and goal-oriented mindset
  • Self-starter attitude, willingness to learn, and multitasking abilities

A successful candidate will have at least 2-6 years of experience in corporate finance/FP&A, with a strong understanding of financial statements. They must possess excellent stakeholder management, business partnering, adaptability, goal-oriented mindset, self-starter attitude, willingness to learn, multitasking abilities, ownership mindset, and strong communication skills.
