About the Position

Key Responsibilities:

  • Gain hands-on experience with MarTech tools used for customer engagement and CDP integration.
  • Learn about the customer data lifecycle—collection, validation, preparation, and management.
  • Apply SQL fundamentals for querying, validating, and transforming datasets.
  • Conduct data research to ensure accuracy, completeness, and readiness for analytics.
  • Analyze data to identify business trends, behavioral patterns, and actionable insights.
  • Create dashboards and data visualizations (Power BI, Tableau, or similar tools) to effectively communicate insights.
  • Collaborate with global teams across time zones, handling communication and deliverables professionally.

Requirements & Qualifications:

Education:

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Data Analytics, or a related field.

Skills & Expertise:

  • Basic to intermediate knowledge of SQL.
  • Familiarity with MarTech platforms is preferred but not mandatory.
  • Understanding of data lifecycle, data quality, and analytics concepts.
  • Basic knowledge of data visualization tools (Power BI, Tableau, Looker, etc.).

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving mindset.
  • Effective team player with collaboration skills.
