High Agency Entrepreneurial Operator

We are seeking a dynamic entrepreneurial operator to join our high-agency team as a key partner to founders across multiple companies.
Key Responsibilities- Drive innovation through new experiments, product launches, and market entry projects that fuel growth.
- Oversight of critical growth levers such as Affiliate Marketplaces, PR/IR campaigns, and international SaaS expansion initiatives.
- Act as a strategic advisor and sparring partner to the founder, providing data-driven insights on financials, M&A opportunities, and decision-making.
- Ensure operational excellence through OKR tracking, cross-functional alignment, and process audits.
- Presentation and representation of the founder in high-stakes meetings with investors, partners, and talent.
- Founding or co-founding experience, or early builder at a fast-scaling startup.
- A bias for action, ability to thrive in ambiguity, and comfort with chaos.
- Strong analytical skills including finance, operations metrics, and growth funnels.
- Crisp communication skills to draft investor memos, press copy, and strategy decks.
- Ambitious and long-term thinking with a focus on leadership development.
