At FiveS Digital, we are seeking a skilled Customer Experience Lead to spearhead our customer support operations. This is a fantastic opportunity for a seasoned professional to take charge of a team and drive exceptional customer service.
About the Role:- The Customer Experience Lead will be responsible for managing a team of representatives who will deliver outstanding customer service and after-sales support.
- This individual will oversee the entire customer service process, ensuring seamless interactions between customers and our team.
- A key aspect of this role will be resolving customer complaints in a timely and effective manner, always prioritizing their satisfaction.
- The successful candidate will develop and implement policies and procedures that promote excellent customer experience.
- This includes planning and executing training programs to standardize service delivery and enhance representative skills.
- An additional responsibility will be selecting and hiring new staff members who share our commitment to customer excellence.
- The Customer Experience Lead will also conduct regular quality assurance surveys with customers to gauge their satisfaction and provide valuable feedback to the team.
What We Offer:
- A competitive salary of $60,000 - $80,000 per annum, commensurate with experience.
