Product Manager Opportunity

Rapido is India's largest bike-taxi platform, constantly innovating to make last-mile connectivity affordable to all.

As a Product Manager, you'll be part of a dynamic team focused on solving real-world problems through data-driven product development.

  • You'll take ownership of specific funnels and products, driving problem-solving via product development.
  • Deriving insights, running science-based experiments, and taking results-driven decisions will be key responsibilities.
  • Displaying user empathy, asking insightful questions, interpreting and analyzing data, and actively engaging in the data science and product development process are essential skills.

You'll collaborate closely with data scientists to create models and frameworks that power our products. Experimentation is key - you'll design, implement, and arrive at decisions based on the outcomes of these experiments.

Critical collaboration with data engineers, stakeholders, and multiple owners is necessary for defining the data lifecycle of your products.

To succeed in this role:

  • Experience building features/products for platforms (2-5 years).
  • A good understanding of statistics and experience with product design and development processes.
  • Knowledge of Agile, Lean, and Continuous Delivery best practices.
  • Behavioral competencies like communication, negotiation, stakeholder management, collaboration, conflict resolution, presentation skills, and ability to learn.
