Job Role:

  • We are seeking a professional with strong leadership skills to manage teams and assign tasks efficiently.
  • This includes developing and maintaining high-performance trading applications using C++ and C# programming languages.
  • The ideal candidate will also integrate APIs from external sources with our internal systems, ensuring seamless data flow.
  • In addition, they will optimize codebases for low-latency performance and refactor them for high-throughput results.
  • An automated testing framework will be designed and implemented to ensure platform stability and security.
  • Maintenance of production trading systems is also required, troubleshooting and resolving issues promptly.
  • A back-testing framework and historical data analysis tools will be developed for strategy research and optimization.

Key Requirements:

  • 8+ years of experience in team management
  • Strong proficiency in C++, C# programming languages
  • Familiarity with third-party API integration, including market data feeds and FIX protocol
  • Knowledge of system design for low-latency and high-throughput performance
  • Familiarity with automated testing frameworks and tools
  • Ability to troubleshoot and resolve production issues efficiently
  • Understanding of fintech security and compliance requirements
