This is a senior leadership role responsible for overseeing the implementation and management of Human Capital Management (HCM) solutions. The successful candidate will be expected to drive digitization in HR, deployment of Fusion HCM and other SaaS solutions, and work closely with technology teams, HR leaders, and cross-functional teams to deliver projects.


The ideal candidate will have strong techno-functional expertise, excellent communication and interpersonal skills, and the ability to manage stakeholders' expectations and escalation. They will also be able to partner with business leaders to drive new innovations, analytics, and user experience.


Key Responsibilities include managing digital applications for EXL HR, partnering with HR leadership to drive digitization of HR processes, building strong capabilities of Fusion HCM Cloud, driving innovation and continuous enhancements, and managing regular upgrades of applications.


The role also requires focused team development and continuous training, as well as managing internal and external stakeholders.


Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Implementation experience and support experience in Core HR, Recruitment, Talent Management, Absence Management, Compensation and benefit Modules
  • Able to map user requirements with the features available in the HCM Cloud application
  • Well-versed with HCM technology landscape and how integrated solutions can be deployed
  • Strong functional troubleshooting skills in Client Cloud HCM modules
  • Knowledge on Person Security, Area of Responsibility, Reference Data Set Scenario-based Setup Configuration and Scenario-based Setup Modifications on Modules mentioned
  • Analytical tools: Use of OTBI, Power BI
  • Create process design documents, BRDs
  • Good verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to work independently with senior stakeholders

  • Please note that this role requires a minimum of 8 years overall experience in Oracle HCM functional and 2+ years of relevant experience in Oracle HCM Cloud. Experience of Oracle HCM Cloud implementation is also required.
