Job Overview:

We are seeking a skilled System Administrator to join our team.

The ideal candidate will have extensive experience with Microsoft suite administration and collaboration security frameworks, including Exchange Online and Teams. They will also possess strong technical skills in programming languages such as Powershell, Python, C++, JavaScript, and Power Platform.

As a key member of our team, the System Administrator will be responsible for maintaining and optimizing collaboration systems, ensuring system security, and implementing standards. They will also need to analyze systems and participate in design and engineering projects.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Maintain and optimize collaboration systems, including preventive and corrective maintenance, capacity planning, and scalability.
  • Record and manage changes, configurations, incidents, problems, and processes.
  • Ensure system security, implement standards, and respond to failures or performance issues.
  • Produce performance, capacity, availability, and security reports for senior management.
  • Write technical documentation and collaborate on ongoing issues and projects.
  • Manage vendor relationships and oversee outsourced services.
  • Install, configure, integrate, and test new system components and applications.
  • Maintain automation scripts and enhance functionality.
  • Follow industry best practices and quality assurance standards.
  • Perform maintenance or upgrades with minimal business impact, including on-call duty.
  • Analyze systems and participate in design and engineering projects.

Requirements:

  • 5-7+yrs technology support experience.
  • 5+ years of experience in Administration and implementation of Collaboration Tools.
  • Extensive experience with Microsoft suite administration and Collaboration Security frameworks including Exchange Online and Teams.
  • Extensive experience using Powershell, PowerBI, APIs, Webservices, Python, C++, JavaScript, Power Platform.
  • Foster a collaborative and constructive atmosphere, exhibiting optimism in challenging situations.
