Architect Role

We are seeking a skilled architect to work on various projects, developing innovative and sustainable solutions for residential, commercial, and landscape initiatives. This position requires collaboration with clients to understand their needs and translate them into design solutions.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Develop architectural designs for diverse projects, including residential, commercial, and mixed-use developments.
  2. Collaborate with clients to understand their requirements and deliver tailored design solutions.
  3. Prepare and present detailed drawings, layouts, and specifications.
  4. Coordinate with structural engineers, MEP consultants, and contractors to ensure seamless project execution.
  5. Stay updated with industry trends, materials, and construction techniques.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Architecture (B.Arch).
  • 2 to 6 years of professional experience in architectural design and project execution.
  • Proficiency in design tools like AutoCAD, SketchUp, Revit, and related software.
  • Strong understanding of building codes, materials, and construction practices.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and work collaboratively in a team environment.
