Qualifications:

  • 10+ years of experience in the personal care or specialty chemicals industry.
  • Strong understanding of skin care and sun care formulations.
  • Proven sales and business development experience.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and experience with CRM tools (Salesforce or SAP).
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship management skills.
