Business Development Manager
At Dynamics Square, we are seeking a highly skilled Business Development Manager to lead and grow our UK sales team. This role involves managing both inbound and outbound sales efforts, achieving revenue targets, and collaborating with the marketing team to execute successful campaigns.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead, mentor, and develop the inside sales team to exceed quotas.
- Build and manage an outbound sales team focused on lead generation.
- Oversee inbound lead qualification and collaborate with marketing on lead nurturing.
- Coordinate with marketing to plan and execute integrated sales campaigns.
- Analyse sales data, prepare reports, and manage CRM tools for accurate tracking.
- Conduct sales presentations, coordinate with Presales Team, close deals, and build strong client relationships.
Qualifications:
- 7+ years in sales management, preferably in tech or SaaS.
- Strong leadership, sales acumen, and communication skills.
- Proficient in CRM tools and data analysis.
- Bachelor's degree in business or related field advanced degrees or certifications are a plus.
