Technical Support Professional

This role is a perfect fit for an IT professional seeking to utilize their skills in providing support, maintenance, and assistance in the ServiceNow platform. The ideal candidate will possess a solid understanding of IT service management (ITSM) principles and general IT operations.

  • The technical support specialist will troubleshoot and resolve issues related to the ServiceNow platform.
  • Perform routine maintenance tasks and system upgrades to ensure the platform remains stable and operational.
  • Provide excellent customer support by addressing questions and concerns regarding the ServiceNow platform.
  • Collaborate with other IT teams to ensure seamless integration and operation of the ServiceNow platform.
  • Maintain adherence to IT security policies and federal regulations.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Troubleshooting and resolving issues on the ServiceNow platform
  2. Performing routine maintenance tasks and system upgrades
  3. Providing exceptional customer support
  4. Collaborating with other IT teams
  5. Maintaining IT security compliance

Required Qualifications:

The following qualifications are essential for this role:

  • ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA) certification required
  • 5 years of experience in IT operations
  • Experience with ServiceNow, help desk processes, applications, networking, Office 365, and Azure
  • Familiarity with IT security policies
  • Bachelor's degree in Information Technology or Computer Science preferred
