Job Summary:

Seeking a detail-oriented professional with 3 to 4 years of experience in financial accounting principles to join our finance team. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of financial statement preparation, month-end closing, and compliance.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Financial Reporting: Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements in compliance with NACAS Accounting Standards and IND AS.
  • Month-End Closure: Manage the entire book closure process, including preparing journal entries, reconciling accounts, and ensuring all data is accurate and complete.
  • Expense Management: Review expenses for proper classification, recognition, and TDS compliances. Oversee revenue recognition processes in line with accounting standards.
  • GST Compliance: Ensure timely and accurate filing of GST returns (GSTR-1, GSTR-3B, etc.). Stay updated on changes in GST laws and regulations.
  • Reconciliation: Perform bank reconciliations, intercompany reconciliations, and other balance sheet reconciliations to ensure data integrity.
  • Audit Support: Assist in internal and external audits by providing necessary documentation and explanations.
  • Reporting & Analysis: Prepare various financial reports MIS for management, highlighting key trends and analysis on financial performance.
  • Process Improvement: Identify and implement process improvements to enhance efficiency and accuracy.
  • Internal Control and Compliance: Assist in designing and implementing SOPs to ensure control and compliance.
