Job Title

At our organization, we are seeking a Finance and Accounting Professional to strengthen our financial operations and ensure compliance.

We are looking for an experienced finance professional with hands-on knowledge in end-to-end finance operations including accounts receivable, payables, GST, statutory compliance, monthly MIS, and financial reporting.

The ideal candidate will have experience in managing financial data, preparing accurate statements, and supporting leadership with insights to drive growth.

Responsibilities
  1. Manage and maintain accurate records of accounts receivable and payable, vendor payments, and reconciliations.
  2. Oversee day-to-day bookkeeping and accounting entries.
  3. Monitor cash flows and working capital requirements.
  1. Handle and manage GST filing, TDS, and other statutory compliances on a timely basis.
  2. Ensure adherence to financial regulations and coordinate with auditors.
  3. Maintain proper documentation for tax and legal audits.
  1. Prepare and provide monthly MIS reports and financial dashboards for management review.
  2. Assist in preparing profit and loss statements, balance sheets, and cash flow statements.
  3. Support budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis.
  1. Implement and strengthen financial controls and accounting systems.
  2. Identify areas for efficiency improvement and cost optimization.
  3. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure financial accuracy in operations.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's/Master's degree in Commerce, Finance, or CA/Inter CA/MBA (Finance).
  • 4–5 years of finance experience in a similar role.
  • Strong knowledge of GST, TDS, and statutory compliances.
  • Proficiency in Excel, Tally/Zoho/QuickBooks, or other accounting software.
  • Analytical mindset with strong attention to detail.
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.

The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of maintaining financial discipline and preparing accurate statements.
