Job Description
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Business Development Representative to join our team. As a Business Development Representative, you will be responsible for seeking new business prospects by contacting and developing relationships with potential customers. You will act as the first point of contact for our clients and present the company to prospective clients. Your key responsibilities will include identifying additional renewal/upgrade opportunities for products and services, suggesting suitable products/services to clients, coming up with customized product solutions to boost customer satisfaction, establishing long-term relationships with clients, and proactively seeking new business opportunities in the market.
Salary Range
$120,000 - $180,000 per year, depending on experience.
Requirements
- Masters/Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Marketing or related field
- Proven 2+ years of experience in a Business Development role
- Prior working experience in SaaS startup is required
- Excellent customer service skills
- Impressive communication skills
- Extensive experience with various sales techniques
- Proven record of achieving sales quotas
- Hands-on experience with CRM software like Zoho, Sales Navigator
- Familiarity with MS Office - Excel in particular
- Solid knowledge of sales performance metrics
- Team player with excellent negotiation skills
