Job Description:

We are seeking an experienced Senior E-commerce Operations Manager to join our team. As a key member of the operations team, you will be responsible for managing Amazon Seller Central operations, creating and optimizing product listings, and monitoring account health metrics.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage Amazon Seller Central operations, including inventory management, order fulfillment, and customer service
  • Create and optimize product listings to improve sales and revenue
  • Monitor account health metrics, including performance metrics and compliance
  • Coordinate with internal teams for pricing, stock, and order management
  • Handle catalog errors, listing issues, and open cases with Amazon support
  • Plan and execute advertising campaigns, promotions, and coupons to drive sales and revenue
  • Conduct competitor research and keyword analysis to stay ahead of the competition
  • Prepare weekly and monthly performance reports to track progress and identify areas for improvement

Requirements:

  • Experience in e-commerce operations or a related field
  • Strong knowledge of Amazon policies and marketplace processes
  • Good skills in MS Excel, keyword research, and data analysis
  • Ability to manage multiple product categories in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong communication and problem-solving skills

Preferred Skills:

  • Experience with Amazon Ads and PPC campaigns
  • Familiarity with SEO and marketplace trends
  • Knowledge of e-commerce tools and software
