The role of Site Merchandiser is to create a seamless e-commerce experience for customers.

This involves owning on-site merchandising strategies, campaigns, and promotional events. A key part of this is developing and executing site merchandising calendars, which include product launches and category-wide events.

As a Site Merchandiser, you will be responsible for tracking and analyzing customer behavior across search, browse, and purchase funnels. This data will inform the design and refresh of storefronts based on customer demand and purchase patterns.

You will also be required to coordinate with design teams to create engaging marketing assets.

About the Role:
  • Owning on-site merchandising strategies, campaigns, and promotional events
  • Developing and executing site merchandising calendars
  • Tracking and analyzing customer behavior
  • Designing and refreshing storefronts
  • Coordinating with design teams
Key Qualifications:
  • 1+ years of experience in Site Merchandising / E-commerce Marketing (Amazon experience preferred)
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills in English
  • Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment
  • Proficiency in Excel and ability to learn SQL and in-house merchandising tools
