As a senior project manager, you will be responsible for overseeing multiple precast projects execution. This involves aligning resources, tracking progress, and showcasing the benefits of precast technology in various infrastructure and building projects across India.
This role requires monitoring and catalyzing progress without direct execution responsibility.
We are seeking an experienced professional with a strong background in construction methods and planning for precast construction. Your long tenure in the industry and expertise in construction methods and planning will enable you to effectively manage projects and drive results.
In this position, you will propose precast construction methods as alternates in key ongoing and tender projects to accelerate delivery, improve productivity, and ensure superior quality and safety.
- Align and mobilize execution workforce for production, installation, structural finishing, prestressing/post tensioning to ramp up precast setup quickly and continually improve the time to peak in project execution.
- Support in developing the overall capacity utilization of Precast-related resources, such as factories, workforce, moulds, and P&M.
- Manage and build a team of Production and Installation Engineers along with flying squads deputed to various sites per project needs.
- Build cross-functional capability in teams for Infrastructure as well as Buildings knowledge and know-how.
- Manage training needs and safety and quality responsibilities to build a high-performance precast execution team known for their Precast expertise.
To be successful in this role, you should have a B.E. – Civil Engineering qualification, 20-25 years of total work experience, and certifications like PMP/Lean/Six Sigma Preferred. You should also have relevant industry exposure, technical competencies, and preferred skills like expertise in Building exposure is preferred and International experience is preferred.
