Maintenance Manager Job Description

We are seeking a skilled Maintenance Manager to ensure the smooth operation and maintenance of all mechanical, electrical, and utility systems within our biscuit manufacturing unit.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop proactive maintenance strategies to minimize downtime and optimize production efficiency.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement corrective actions and address equipment issues.
  • Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and industry standards for food safety and quality.
  • Analyze operational data to identify opportunities for process improvement and energy efficiency.
  • Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities and equipment history.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Mechanical, Electrical, or Industrial Engineering (or related field).
  • 7+ years of experience in maintenance management, preferably in a food processing environment.
  • Strong knowledge of food-grade machinery and hygiene practices.
  • Technical troubleshooting and root cause analysis skills.
