Facility Operations Director

We are seeking an accomplished professional to lead and manage our manufacturing facility. The successful candidate will be responsible for driving operational excellence, ensuring quality, and optimizing production efficiency.
- Lead and oversee daily plant operations including production, quality, maintenance, safety, and supply chain.
- Drive continuous improvement in productivity, process efficiency, and cost optimization.
- Ensure compliance with quality standards and regulatory requirements.
- Implement lean manufacturing, Six Sigma, TPM, and other operational excellence initiatives.
- Monitor and control operational costs and CAPEX planning.
- Champion workplace safety, sustainability, and environmental compliance.
- Develop and mentor plant teams; build a culture of high performance, accountability, and innovation.
- Collaborate with senior management, supply chain, and customers to ensure alignment with business objectives.
Candidates should possess:
- A degree in Mechanical / Production / Industrial Engineering (Master's preferred).
- 18–25 years of experience in manufacturing, with at least 5+ years in a plant leadership role.
- Proven expertise in precision components / automotive components manufacturing.
- Strong exposure to CNC machining, die casting, forging, assembly, and automation.
- Hands-on experience in Lean, TPM, Six Sigma, and digital manufacturing practices.
- Strong leadership, decision-making, and stakeholder management skills.
