
Facilities Administrator

Key Responsibilities:
- Administer end-to-end physical security operations to identify and minimize potential challenges.
- Oversee facility management to ensure maximum employee satisfaction, covering HK/Reception/OB/PB, Repair & Maintenance / AMC, Admin desk, Client Visit, Courier / Mail Management.
- Assist in the RFP process for all areas, along with related documentation, including contracting, NDA, necessary training, etc.
- Attend meetings, QBRs with internal customers, weekly Admin call, weekly CCTV footage observations of security, Admin Open House, and maintain a tracker of all observations and track closure of action items to improve customer delight.
- Ensure Client/Compliance/Process/Certification Audits, BCP activities, Fire Drill.
- Timely closure of requests raised in Admin desk tool, Incidents & Accidents, etc. to attain SLA with customers.
- Demonstrate team player skills with good interpersonal skills and communication skills.
- SLA and metrics-based reporting and management of services to internal customers.
- Handling process deliverables, viz. bills processing, snag list processing, AMC servicing schedules, facility reports, client visits.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree with 3+ years of experience.
- Excellent communication and organizational skills.
- Flexibility to work in shifts.
- Experience in Facility Management, Vendor Management, invoice processing, reports.
- Good computer skills with command over MS Office.
- Effective written communication with an ability to prepare metrics.
- Public speaking skills.
