Key Business Analyst Position

This role is pivotal in shaping the business strategy through actionable insights derived from data analysis.

Data Analysis and Reporting
  • Create and implement interactive dashboards to visualize key performance indicators (KPIs) effectively
  • Analyze and report performance against targets, providing valuable insights from individual performance data to overall organizational performance
  • Dig into complex datasets to uncover trends, patterns, and insights that inform business decisions
  • Conduct thorough cost and profitability analyses across customers, vendors, products, and/or projects
  • Provide ad hoc management analysis and reporting when needed
Data Management
  • Extract, transform, and load data from various sources into Power BI, ensuring data integrity and quality
Stakeholder Management
  • Manage stakeholder expectations through regular updates, feedback sessions, and strategic planning meetings
  • Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and understand data needs, ensuring dashboards meet business objectives
  • Train and support team members on dashboard usage and best practices for data analysis

The ideal candidate will have a degree in Information Technology or Business Administration, strong data management and analysis skills, experience in IT services or technology companies, and a result-oriented mentality. This role requires independence, adaptability, and attention to detail.
