Job Overview

We are seeking a seasoned professional to oversee end-to-end recruitment, onboarding, and HR operations. This role is ideal for someone who excels in fast-paced environments and can manage HR processes from hiring to employee lifecycle management.

Key Responsibilities
  • Recruitment & Talent Acquisition:
    • Manage hiring across functions, including sourcing, screening, and interviewing candidates.
    • Collaborate with hiring managers to understand role requirements and maintain recruitment metrics and dashboards.
  • Onboarding & Employee Experience:
    • Ensure smooth onboarding for new hires, conduct inductions and orientation sessions, and support employee engagement initiatives.
  • HR Operations & Compliance:
    • Manage attendance, leave, and payroll inputs, maintain employee records and HR databases, and ensure statutory compliance and adherence to company policies.
Requirements
  • 2–4 years of HR experience, preferably in startups or fast-paced organizations.
  • Strong experience in recruitment, onboarding, and HR operations, with knowledge of labor laws and HR best practices.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities independently.
