Senior Infrastructure Specialist

We are seeking an experienced IT professional to join our team as a Senior Infrastructure Specialist. This role will involve the daily administration and support of core infrastructure systems, including Windows Server Administration, Active Directory, and Azure Infrastructure.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Daily administration and support of core infrastructure systems
  • Identify, analyze, and resolve problems on a variety of Operating Systems - Windows
  • Create and document application & infrastructure requirements by working with those involved in the development of IT enhancements and changes
  • Ensure that clients infrastructure is healthy, stable, documented, and configured with accepted technical best practices
  • Ensure business continuity and security across all systems supporting the company IT operations

Requirements:

  • Minimum of 10 years of related experience in supporting Windows in an enterprise environment
  • Experience in Active Directory (Group Policy , AD Replication Troubleshooting , DFSR , Kerberos Authentication , Advanced Troubleshooting Skills)
  • Windows Server Administration - (DNS , DHCP , Windows Server related advanced troubleshooting , Patching related troubleshooting )
  • Microsoft OS or other related training and certification required (MCSA, MCSE)
  • Strong knowledge on Azure Infrastructure
  • Entra ID Knowledge
  • Experience in PowerShell and the ability to create and utilize scripts preferred
  • Strong SCCM knowledge is required
  • Managed Services or Consulting experience is a plus
  • ITILv4 certification encouraged
