Job Title: Bid and Proposal Manager

This is an exciting opportunity to join our team as a Bid and Proposal Manager. In this role, you will play a pivotal part in securing high-value contracts for our business.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage the end-to-end bid process from identifying opportunities to final submission, ensuring compliance with all requirements.
  • Conduct research to identify new business opportunities and create impact on business proposals.
  • Develop winning strategies that articulate our value proposition and benefits of our in-house model.
  • Collaborate with global and local teams to align solutions with client needs.
  • Implement AI in research tasks and day-to-day activities.
  • Craft impactful case studies, storytelling decks, and draft proposals that resonate with senior decision-makers.
  • Maintain a library of high-quality case studies, credentials, and proposal assets to accelerate future bids.
  • Ensure bid governance, quality assurance, and adherence to brand standards.
  • Track bid performance metrics, analyze win/loss trends, and refine strategies for continuous improvement.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • 8+ years in bid management, proposal writing, or business development within creative agencies or marketing services.
  • Proven success in winning large-scale contracts.
  • Exceptional storytelling, content writing, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Experience with AI, automation tools, MS Office Suite, and familiarity with agency workflows.
  • Understanding of marketing delivery channels.
