Document Management Specialist
The role of a Document Management Specialist involves overseeing the processing and management of various documents related to imports and exports, including Purchase Orders, Pro-forma Invoices, Commercial Invoices/Bills, Packing Lists, Certificates of Origin, Letters of Lading, and Logistic documentation. The individual will be responsible for following up with shipping lines for Bills of Lading and ensuring timely completion of Exim documentation.
- Process complete documentation such as Purchase Order, Pro-forma Invoice, Commercial Invoice/Bill, Packing List, Certificate of Origin, Letter of Credit
- Follow up with the shipping line for BL (Bill of Lading)
- Exim Documentation
Key Responsibilities:
- Documentation Oversight: Oversee and manage various documents related to imports and exports
- Shipping Line Coordination: Follow up with shipping lines for Bills of Lading
- Timely Completion: Ensure timely completion of Exim documentation
