Technical Service Professional

We are seeking an experienced and energetic professional to join our fast-growing team focused on providing better Smart Energy solutions to customers.

The ideal candidate will be self-motivated, responsible, a quick learner, and a problem solver.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Inverter installation instruction and maintenance training;
  2. Answering consulting phone calls, replying emails for customer support;
  3. Remote or on-site inverter troubleshooting, inverter replacement, and defect inverter troubleshooting with site visits when needed;
  4. Collecting clear after-sales support cases data and reporting to the leader;
  5. Other team work assigned from the team leader;
  6. Having knowledge of String Inverters, Hybrid Inverters, and Utility-Based Projects adds advantage;
  7. Responsible for after-sales support activity in a particular region.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree or above in Electronics and Electrical or related majors;
  • Self-motivator with a minimum of 5 years of related experience in the solar industry;
  • Energetic professional who may travel 50% or more per year;
  • Good communicator with fluent English.
