Job Title: Senior Ads Lead

Location: Mumbai, India

Job Type: Full Time

We are seeking a highly skilled and performance-driven professional to lead and optimize our paid advertising campaigns. The ideal candidate will have 4-5 years of hands-on experience managing large-scale Google Ads accounts, with proven expertise in managing multiple platforms.


Responsibilities
• Plan, create, manage and optimize Google Ads campaigns across Search, Display, Shopping, YouTube, and Performance Max platforms.

• Conduct deep-dive data analysis, reporting to drive decision making & continuous optimization.

• Develop and test new campaign strategies, creatives, bidding tactics to maximize conversions and minimize CPA.

• Collaborate closely with internal teams for cohesive campaigns.

• Stay current with Google Ads innovations, algorithm changes, and industry best practices.

• Implement conversion tracking, audience targeting, remarketing strategies, and attribution modeling.

• Provide regular reports and actionable insights to stakeholders.

Requirements:

• 4-5 years of proven experience in managing Google Ads campaigns.

• Expertise in handling multiple Google Ads types (Search, Display, Shopping, Video, Performance Max).

• Excellent analytical skills with a data-driven mindset.

• Strong communication and project management abilities.
